What can you imagine by that?
Surface coaters (m / f / d) refine metal surfaces using a wide variety of techniques. You are in the constant battle against moisture and rust and ensure that our customers' parts remain functional and corrosion-resistant for a long time. You can do this with the help of a coating.
What are your tasks?
Surface coaters (m / f / d) control state-of-the-art, fully automated electroplating plants. You check and document the work process and coordinate the entire team. After the coating process has been completed, the layer thickness, adhesive strength or coloring are checked and assessed. In addition, preventive maintenance and cleaning of the systems as well as cooperation in the technology department are part of your work area. Here chemical additions for various baths are prepared and made. This is important so that the parts of our customers run smoothly through the process and can be coated with high quality.
