KAP Surface Technologies consolidates your competencies in the field of aluminum passivation
Heiche Oberflächentechnik GmbH in Schwaigern is intensifying its cooperation with SurTec, a globally active specialist for chemicals in industrial parts cleaning, the pretreatment of metals and electroplating.
On June 25th, 2020 an on-site audit was carried out as part of an applicator qualification in order to evaluate the technical coating process and the process control at the Schwaigern location for chromital coating with SurTec 650.
Dr. Torsten Koerner, Head of Global Product Management Metal Pretreatment at SurTec International GmbH, officially presented Fritz Seifert, Managing Director of Heiche Oberflächentechnik GmbH, Schwaigern, member of the KAP Surface Technologies Group, with the first applicator qualification certificate for the SurTec 650 process .
The applicant qualification summarizes the result of an intensive process line audit and documents the agreement of an ideal process situation with the actual situation of the applicant. This gives end users and OEMs a guideline to tailor their needs to an applicator's capabilities.
