Simon Jillich is the new managing director of Heiche Bayern GmbH.

After spending an extended period abroad as part of his bachelor's degree, Simon Jillich began his PKS master's degree at Heiche Schwaigern in cooperation with Steinbeis University. His master's thesis was entitled: “Developing a roadmap for opening new locations.” His early focus project was establishing and supporting the Heiche location in Pilsting to achieve a successful SOP.

In 2016, he joined Heiche Bayern, progressing from project manager to production manager to plant manager, and will take on the role of managing director of Heiche Bayern on November 1, 2025.
